Coach Mentoring

Mentoring can be used for:

  • Renewal of anACC certification

  • Upgrade from ACC to PCC

  • Obtaining CCEs and making yourself a better coach

Scott Moore is a Certified Coach Mentor (CCM), earing this certification from the Radiance Coach Training Program in 2022.  With over 2,700 hours of coaching experience, and working with hundreds of individual clients through an international coaching company, Scott has developed his coaching skills to a very high level.  Additionally, Scott is on the faculty of the Radiance Coach Training Program, helping to train new coaches to the PCC level through the Radiance Level 2 Program.  Scott has also completed the International Coach Federation (ICF) Marker Assessor Training, which qualifies him to assess coach recordings for ICF.

The Moore Life Leadership Coach Mentoring Program consists of 10 hours over a period of three months.  Seven hours of training will be used to review the ICF Coaching Competencies, with three hours reserved for individual mentoring.  Two coach recordings will be formally assessed using the PCC markers, with extensive feedback listing the coach’s strengths as well as the opportunities for development.

Mentor coaching is required for renewal of an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, as well as for those seeking to upgrade their credential from an ACC to a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Additionally, mentoring hours also count towards the Continuing Coach Education requirements for renewal of any credential.
