Scott A. Moore is a Human Leadership Guru at Moore Life Leadership. His credentials include  Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Aviation Manager (CAM), and Certified Coach Mentor (CCM).  The word “guru” come from the Sanskrit word for “lifting up”, and that is what Scott tries to do in every human interaction.

Scott graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, and has a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois.  His first career involved serving as a pilot and officer in the United States Air Force, leading airmen and flying transport aircraft all over the world.  After his Air Force career, Scott worked as the Aviation Department Manager for Luck Companies, overseeing a single-aircraft flight operation which supported associates of the family-owned stone company. Scott also served during this time on the Board of Directors of the National Business Aviation Association, a national non-profit aviation organization.

After a career transition from pilot to coach, Scott founded Moore Life Leadership in 2016.  His work now includes personal and business coaching, leading leadership workshops, and delivering keynote speeches to audiences both in the U.S. and overseas.  Having worked with an international coaching organization for three years, Scott has learned to coaches leaders at all levels to help them live successful, happy, and fulfilling lives.  Scott serves on the faculty of the Radiance Partners coaching school, helping people to become exceptional coaches.  Scott is the father of three mostly-grown boys, and his home is in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

For fun, Scott likes to travel, and he is on a quest to “collect” the 3,142 counties in the United States.  To collect a county, Scott takes his picture in front of the county courthouse.  So far, he has collected over half of the counties, and plans to finish by 2029.
